Games and Drama Triangle:
  • Recognizing and breaking free from psychological games in interpersonal interactions.

  • Understanding the roles of Persecutor, Rescuer, and Victim in the Drama Triangle.

Life Positions:
  • Exploring the four life positions: I'm OK-You're OK, I'm OK-You're Not OK, I'm Not OK-You're OK, and I'm Not OK-You're Not OK.
